The Extended Stay America is a 44,000 sq ft three story type V wood frame structure over a tiered slab on grade. It consists of ninety two efficiency studios, each with full bath and kitchen. The building also contains both commercial and staff amenities. It has a central hot water plant with dual temperature capacity.
The roof is a combination of flat and standing seam metal. The exterior is an EIF system.
