Auberry Park is a 112 unit complex. All buildings are two story wood frame over concrete slabs on grade. It has both one and two hour fire requirements and all units have direct vent gas fired water heaters with hydronic heating. The exteriors are horizontal lap siding with composition tiled roofs.
