Ashton Place is a 154 unit complex consisting of town houses and one, two and three bedroom apartments. It is a wood frame over concrete slabs on grade with both one and two hour fire requirements. It has a community building, pool and pool house.
The units feature gas fired hydronic heating and gas fire fireplaces. All buildings have a stucco exterior with tiled roofs.
